Novantas, Inc. announced today that Chris Musto, former General Manager of Customer Experience Research at Keynote Systems, Inc., is joining the firm’s Boston office as a Managing Director. Musto will expand the firm’s digital strategy practice, leading banking consulting projects that drive revenue through digital experiences.

Musto’s digital financial services experience also includes roles at Watchfire, Inc., Gomez, Inc., and D. E. Shaw & Co. He holds a B.A. degree from Yale University.
