Gregory Smith joins Novantas; Extends Firm’s expertise in International Customer Solutions

NEW YORK — Novantas LLC, the leading provider of management consultancy and information services to the financial services industries, today announced the addition of Gregory Smith as a Managing Director in the Toronto, Ontario office.

Smith, an acknowledged expert and author in customer experience transformation and customer related strategies for the financial services industries, joins Novantas following a six year stint in Australia working in leadership roles for A.T. Kearney and CapGemini, selling and delivering strategic and operational engagements. Prior, he was with Ernst & Young in Toronto.

A graduate of the University of Toronto and Queen’s University in Kingston, Smith has held the title of Certified Management Consultant from the Canadian Association of Management Consultants since 2000.
