Lee Kyriacou, Executive Director NYS Real Property Services, Rejoins Novantas

NEW YORK — Novantas LLC, the leading provider of management consultancy and information services to the financial services industries, today announced the return of Lee Kyriacou as a Director of the Firm.

Kyriacou rejoins Novantas having completed a successful stint as the Executive Director of New York State’s Real Property Services, where he was called upon to bring his financial and organizational expertise to the complex world of New York’s property tax system, a network of 1,000 municipal authorities and practices.

Already a seasoned lawyer, consultant, educator, and banking executive when he first joined Novantas in 2005, Kyriacou led a wide range of client engagements, often focusing on the most complex financial analyses of valuations and product design.

During his twenty five years of banking and consulting experience Kyiacou has worked across financial planning and budgeting, treasury, securities services, brokerage, investment management, and corporate & business unit MIS and valuation.

In banking, Kyiacou led the Financial Planning & Analysis function at Fleet Bank, he was the Director of Corporate Strategy at Chase Manhattan Bank, and he was head of strategy for the Treasury & Securities processing division at Chase. In consulting, Kyiacou specialized in banking, health care and insurance at the Boston Consulting Group. At Morrison & Foerster, San Francisco, he practiced banking and securities law.

Lee has graduate degrees from Yale in law (J.D.) and economics (M.A. & M.Phil.). He was a National Science Foundation Fellow. He received a B.A. in history and economics from the University of California.
