Summer Internship

We hire several summer interns each year from select schools. Summer internships are structured to provide a realistic experience in consulting. Compensation is highly competitive and the work content is essentially the same that an Associate would take on. Summer interns may be staffed on 1-2 projects through the duration of the 8-10 week internship.

Interviews are held during the spring, and the recruiting process is very similar to that of our full-time associates. Please see the “Recruiting Process” section for more detailed information.

We recruit in accordance with the requirements of the Undergraduate Career Service offices of the Universities, and manage the process in conformity with school policies for contact, interview scheduling, and decision period.
